Welcome to ebeautytrade.com, a B2B Multi-vendor platform for the Professional Beauty industry in the Middle East.

ebeautytrade.com (‘’Website’’) is owned and operated by Medispa Solutions General Trading LLC, trading as eBeautyTrade for its own benefit and the benefit of its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “we” or “us”) in the United Arab Emirates. Medispa Solutions General Trading LLC is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at : level 14th, Boulevard Plaza Tower One, Downtown,  Dubai, UAE.

By accessing the portal, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions, and you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Site reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions of use constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to be bound by the Website Terms, you should not use the portal.

• Eligibility

We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Website is mainly for business use by holders of beauty service provider or trade licenses.

Content provided on this Website is solely for informational purposes.

• Registration

In order to take advantage of the features and services of this Website, you can create an Account and register your business details with us. Should you choose to register or subscribe for any such services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and your company, and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. Please keep your account details and password confidential and secure. We are committed to complying with our Privacy Policy but are not responsible for any loss suffered through misuse of those details. As a user of the Website, you are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Please notify us as soon as possible of any unauthorized use of your password or account.

By registering and placing an Order on the Website you warrant that you meet the Eligibility criteria described above and that the information you provide is yours and is accurate in all respects.

During the registration process you agree to receive promotional emails from the Site. You can subsequently opt out of receiving such promotional e-mails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

• Order of Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability.

If, for any reason following the placement of an order for product(s), we or any third party supplier are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, cancel your order in respect of the relevant product(s) and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit car for the product(s) which cannot be supplied by us.

Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However, the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the products(s) as set out in order, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.

• Pricing and Payment

The price of the quoted products shown on the Website and delivery charges are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or import duties (if shipped outside the United Arab Emirates).

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

We currently accept the following tender types for Orders placed on our Website:

1. Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
2.  PayPal, Apple Pay
3. Cash on Delivery (for Orders of up to ….. AED)
4.  eBeautyTrade store online credit.

No credit/debit cards’ details will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider.

We take reasonable care to make the website secure. Rest assured that your card number will be protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a security technology that encrypts your card details and provides a secure connection between Internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online. We take reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure however in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

eBeautyTrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the payment options available on the site (or any portion thereof) if it suspects there is fraudulent or suspicious activity. The Website is not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication to the user regarding the changes to your payment options on the website (or any portion thereof). It is the customer’s responsibility to get in touch with eBeautyTrade in order to get the payment options reactivated.

• Delivery and Shipping Cost
• Deliveries may vary as per Supplier
• Be sure to confirm delivery and shipping cost details of each order with your Supplier
• Each on-boarding Supplier shall be responsible of its delivery terms and pricing

General Delivery Conditions:

Although Suppliers are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website above, delivery timelines are estimates only.

Additional legal and customs fees may be applicable outside the UAE and are to be paid by the consignee.

•  Cancelation, Returns and Exchanges

                    Cancelation

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. Each Supplier may manage its Cancelation terms differently, thus, you should ask the Supplier on its own Cancelation rules before confirming your order.

                    Returns and Exchanges

Each Supplier is responsible of return and exchange of their items. Refunds, exchange, and returns will may be issued subject to approval for the valid reasons mentioned below:

–        defects in design, materials, and workmanship.

–        unsatisfactory quality or fit for the purposes for which they are intended.

–        the products being past their expiry dates at the time of delivery.

–        Incorrect products delivered compared to ordered products.

–        Refunds will be done only through the original Mode of Payment.

Refunds, exchange or replacement will only be offered to the same person who originally purchased the products on the Website and the Website may ask for further identification.

We offer replacement of faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality, expired or incorrect products within 10 days from the date of the receipt of your written replacement request. In this case, we will replace it for you free of charge. You shall provide pictures of damaged/faulty, unsatisfactory quality, expired or incorrect products with your written replacement/return request delivery.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price for the product(s) by store credit (with the exception of any shipping charges, if any).

For orders fulfilled by eBeautyTrade, Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned along with the original invoice within 14 days of receipt of by you.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price for the product(s) by store credit (with the exception of any shipping charges, if any.

To improve our service please let us know the reason for returning any goods.

eBeautyTrade cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.

Your refund will be processed via the following methods:

• Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
• are refunded as store credit.
• If you chose to pay with multiple payment methods, the store credit amount used will be prioritised and refunded in full, before the remainder of the payment gets refunded via the other payment method used. The refund will be processed in the following order: (i) The full store credit amount used will be credited back to your account (ii) The remaining amount will be refunded via your other payment method: Credit Card payments will be refunded to the Credit Card used to purchase your order, PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account, and eBeautyTrade store online credit and Cash on Delivery payments will be refunded as store credit.

• Product Liability

By placing an Order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer and that we carry no product liability for those items save as described in the Returns section in relation to returning the products and refunding the price paid (where applicable). All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions and guidelines.

• Content

“Content” is defined as any graphics, photographs, including all image rights, sounds, music, video, audio, text, graphics or links on this Website. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on the Website accurate and complete but we cannot promise that Content is error-free.

Therefore, eBeautyTrade e provides no warranty as to the accuracy of the content on the Website, nor does it warrant that such content is error free or reliable or that your use of the content will not infringe the rights of third parties. We also do not promise that the functional aspects of the Website or Content will be error free or that this Website or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We always recommend that you have up to date virus checking software installed.

1. Disputes and Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and all disputes arising here under are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
